Current Issues

As of June 28, 2009, the following webmail services have issues with ePrompter [service release (SR) #120, issued Aug. 28, 2008]:

AOL/AIM/Netscape: A POP3 work-around is available for these account types until a permanent fix is released [more here and here]
Excite: Changes to the Excite interface have not only caused problems for ePrompter users [ more ] but for others as well [ more ]
Juno: ePrompter stopped accessing Juno webmail on Dec. 10. A POP3 work-around fixes it [ more ], but apparently not for FREE accounts
LiveMail/Hotmail/MSN: Ongoing changes to the Live Mail interface have broken ePrompter for many users [more here and here]
MyWay: Changes to the MyWay interface prevent ePrompter from connecting with their site [ more ]
Yahoo: Yahoo is making changes again, but for now only some users are affected [ more ]

Also, some users have Gmail connection problems [ more ] which may be tied to their location [ more ], but "OpenDNS" may fix that [ more ].
