I am running eP SR112 on a Dell Vostro 1700 2.2 GHz with 2GB RAM running Vista SP2 using a French service provider.
I see that Gmail is not currently working. I have the same problem with two mail.com email addresses, which worked previously, but have recently stopped working with the message “There was a problem retrieving mail from this account……” Any explanation??

Welcome to the forum.
Currently many webmail accounts are not working with the current version of Eprompter. Do to the massive number of changes webmails have made the developers are having to re-tool ePrompter. Stay tuned for those fixes.

Hello,
I have had the same problem with mail.com account, but I could solve it successfully. Mail.com has been overtaken and integrated by aol and therefore changed somethings. Please try the follwing: Within eprompter change the service type of your account from mail.com to pop3. Use the same login name (your mail-com email address and password as before). As pop3-server type 'pop.aol.com'. As smtp-server type 'smtp.aol.com'. It's working with me. I am running eprompter 2.0 SR120.
Greetings from Germany.
