Help
Eprompter doesn't work with my live.com email account. Under status, it says it's unable to retrieve the mail. Is there any way to get it to work?

Since this is your first post I would ask "Are you new to EP?"
If so be aware that there have been problems with several webmail services. Some have been somewhat fixed in a Beta version (not available to the standard release). Since that time so many other changes have come about that the developers are re-tooling EP instead of trying to patch it. Stay tuned for that version, hopefully in the near future.
