add Inbox.com to the ePrompter line-up? Thanks.
Inbox.com can be used via POP, I am using it now with ePrompter and my regular client using POP3/SMTP. You do have to activate it in settings. See the Inbox.com Help page How do I enable POP3 and SMTP access to my Inbox.com account?

That said for me it has been off and on, their implementation of POP3 (not an ePrompter problem BTW) is given me problems. I can DL messages and read them, but deleting them fails. In both ePrompter and my client program. There are folks who have zero problems with POP3/SMTP with Inbox.com. I just happen to be one of the few that do.

bluejay, welcome to the forum! (Now that's an appropriate forum name from someone hailing from the area of TO ...) :)

Rogers is not a web-based email service. Their customers use POP3 to connect so ePrompter should be configured to access the service via POP3. If you have problems setting it up that way, please open a new thread on the "POP3 Mail Concerns" sub-forum by clicking [ here ] and we will do our best to assist you.

Thanx!

Rogers uses yahoo as bell sympatico uses hotmail . (going to windows live soon) Rogers u can pick up mail at outlook or any pop3 that you enable, OR you can read it via yahoo.ca.

Joe, thanx for that clarification. I agree that you can access Rogers mail via the Yahoo web service, but I meant that it was originally conceived as a POP3 service.

I wonder if bluejay or anyone with a Rogers account could try creating a new account in eP by entering their xxxxxx@rogers.com address in the new account wizard and then choosing Yahoo as the mail provider (instead of POP3). It would be interesting to see if non-Yahoo login credentials would be accepted by the Yahoo servers.

I am guessing you use Sympatico (your profile says you use DSL) otherwise I would have asked you to try! ;)

I want to add that one. It is a bit different but maybe the software is apt to handle it?

With its growing popularity, it would be useful for ePrompter to support GMX.com

I would like to suggest that email access thru the mail.buffalo.com website be added to the capabilities of ePrompter. This is one of my main emails and it would be nice to have it tracked in ePrompter. I looked all over the mail.buffalo.com website and could not find any information indicating what system they are using to provide their webmail capabilities. Perhaps you might have better luck and perhaps be able to determine that.

iWon email does not work anymore. After a year of reading
complaints about the iWon site, the email is not accessable
anymore. Not sure why. Some of the iWon services have been
unresponsive for awhile (movie listings for example). The
top bar at iWon has been stating "technical difficulties" for
all of 2009.

There is no response from iWon about any topic. Either through
the regular contact route nor the registered email contact with
their ISP.

Excite requires a vulnerable computer to access it. I no longer
have an account at Excite. Excite, iWon and MyWay are owned by the
same company. Oddly on their company site, they no longer mention
myway.com but speak of iWon boldly.

Myway still works.
